Hi, I'm Jules!
Age 53, and following three very hot and foggy years of overwhelm & lack of knowledge and understanding of menopause; I created the Hot Flush VIP Ladies Facebook Group, which now helps women globally. Around this time I joined a Bob Proctor Mindset Programme which is absolutely fascinated me and made me aware of what limiting beliefs I had about life and the lack and limitations I put on myself. This inspired me to design programmes for women in menopause by using a combination of mindset and practical techniques to solve a wide variety of issues and concerns in midlife.
My goal for YOU to break free from any lack & limitations you put on yourself; to gain an understanding and develop your mind to build confidence to be in charge of your emotions whereby your vibration will be contagious!
